WEIGH IN (WEEK 4)

My weigh in for week 4 is out!! I have decided to weigh myself for weight loss after every two weeks. I did not record week 2 sadly but from now on i will do better!! The last two weeks i have been pretty festive so lets find out if the scale will conclude if i have been NAUGHTY or NICE!

WEIGHT LOSS RESOLUTIONS FOR 2018

These are my weight loss resolutions for 2018. I dont want this to be one of those things were i promise to do somehing then fail to accomplish it come december 31st. Last year i committed myself to weight loss and i lost a significant amount. This year i am going back to basics so i can smash my smaller goals! Here is to a new year and new habits 🥂
